Le conseil d’administration est élu par l’assemblée générale. Il est responsable de la détermination de la stratégie et de la politique de TI Rwanda ainsi que du rôle de supervision des activités de TI Rwanda.

Marie Immaculée Ingabire is Rwandan by nationality. She holds a Master’s Degree in Gender Studies and Human Rights (University of Pretoria – South Africa), a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Communication (Université de Lille – France), and a Diploma in Law and Human Rights (Institut de Droits de l’Homme de Strasbourg – France). Ms Immaculée is a very active human rights defender mostly on gender issues and anticorruption. Her professional career includes working in media sector and civil society organizations. She is currently an independent consultant mostly in gender issues. |

A civil engineer by training, a Project Manager and a seasoned consultant in environmental and civil engineering, Mr. Sayinzoga has served as a civil servant (1999-2002) a consultant in the private sector (2002-2007), Public infrastructure engineer specialist in UNDP in 2008-2009, One dollar Campaign project Manager 2009-2012, Project manager in ADRA Rwanda 2013-2015 and currently Construction Project Manager Consultant for UNICEF Rwanda. He serves also different institutions as an expert for real estate audit and conflict resolution. Sayinzoga is a certified valuer and chairman of the Disciplinary committee of the Institute of Real Property Valuers (IRPV), an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACiarb), and Technical Advisor in the Construction Sector Skill Council (CSSC). He was elected as the 1st Vice Chair of TI-Rwanda in March 2015 after serving the organisation as a member of the Advisory council. ROI |
