This project aims at assessing the implementation of the laws related to corruption and related offenses through the quality of the decisions of legal professionals in the judiciary from the case investigation, prosecution to the court judgement.

The objective of the project is not only the assessment of court judgement. The Project also looks at the aspect of asset recovery by assessing how evidence are collected and assets are traced and secured, analysing how court orders are enforced and the barriers related thereto.
