Inclusive Service Delivery Africa (ISDA) Project is a four-year regional initiative led by Transparency International (TI) to improve education and healthcare access for women, girls, and marginalized groups (2022 – 2026).
Implemented in five African countries (Ghana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Madagascar, Rwanda, and Zimbabwe), the project seeks to address corruption-related and discriminatory barriers that hinder inclusive access to essential health and education services, especially for women and other groups at risk of discrimination.
TI-Rwanda serves as the Expert Hub for education, offering technical leadership across project countries.
