PROJECT TITLE : Enhancing Accountable Social Protection Programs : A Comprehensive Examination of Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices among Social Protection Beneficiaries towards the Social Registry in Rwanda

Project objective/outcome

This project aims to meet the following specific objectives :

  • Conduct a Knowledge Attitudes and Practices (KAP) Survey to measure beneficiaries’ perception on various aspects of the Social Registry’s architecture including but not limited to citizens’ participation and ownership, transparency and access to information and social accountability.
  • Organize community consultations and produce sensitization materials to enhance overall community ownership on the social registry by increasing awareness about their rights and roles in the implementation process of the social registry.
  • Organize Dialogue meetings to bring on board issues that emerged from KAP survey and feedback from community consultations, discuss with policy makers how and when they will be taken into consideration during the implementation of the SR.
