This simple hands-on tool, designed for use in workshops or digitally, was developed by Transparency International Rwanda (TI-Rwanda) in partnership with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ – Rwanda). Its purpose is to :
- Promote learning and capacity development around citizen participation in decision-making through an interactive and creative approach.
- Raise awareness about the importance of citizen engagement.
The digital version of this tool is available as a stand-alone course on the “Atingi” digital learning platform, complete with learning materials.

There are 8 modules in total (A to H). You can decide the order you prefer to complete them. Once all of them will be completed, you will be provided with a completion certificate.
The average time needed for this e-learning training is around 2-3 hours.
