Mr. HABUMUREMYI Englebert is a Rwandan by nationality, born on 28/12/1972. He is a Lawyer by professional with a Masters in Business Law. He is a registered member of the Rwanda Bar Association since 2014. He has 7 years of experience in legal services ; He has served with Transparency International Rwanda as a project coordinator of the Centers for Citizen Empowerment and Advocacy in 2015 ; He has served as a legal officer in the Centre for legal Aid and Mediation of the school of Law at the University of Rwanda for 2012 to 2014 ; He has been the Deputy Director in charge of Administration in NUR Human Resource Unit, National University of Rwanda (3 years) from 2008 to 2011 ; He has been a legal advisor of the National University of Rwanda from 2004 to February 2008 ; He has been a legal assistant of the Norwegian People’s Aid for 1 year from 2002 to 2003. In the ordinary GA held on 12th September 2021, Mr. Habumuremyi Englebert was elected as a Board Member of Transparency International Rwanda for 5 years term.
