TI-Rwanda Elects New Chairperson and Board Members

The Transparency International Rwanda (TI-Rwanda) Extra Ordinary General Assembly, held on Sunday, 15 February 2026, elected Eng. Apollinaire Sayinzoga Nkongoli as the new Chairperson of the Board of Directors, succeeding late Ingabire Marie Immaculée.

Maître Jeanne D’Arc Mukakalisa was elected First Vice Chairperson, while Placide Mukwende and Ignace Iyakaremye were elected as Board Members. Since 2021, Eng. Sayinzoga has served as First Vice Chairperson, while Mukakalisa previously served as a Board Member.

The TI-Rwanda Board of Directors is composed of nine members in total. The Executive Bureau comprises the Chairperson, First Vice Chairperson, Second Vice Chairperson, and the Secretary of the Board.
